I've been playing around this morning with backgrounds and so on and, as you can see, i've changed it all around - thought this went better with our green/cream/pink logo - I love it!!  Let me know what you think :) xx

KEEPING YOU UP TO DATE

Hi everyone, firstly I must apologise - you will all think I'm a complete idiot but after posting the blog candy I was worried that I was getting new followers and yet nobody was commenting - but after reviewing my settings today I realised that I needed to change the post settings so that they were visible - what a dimwit I am!!! Now thats all done I've got lots of comments thank you all so much and sorry they haven't been visible until today :)

Also just to let you all know that we will be open over the Easter weekend:
Good Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Easter Saturday - normal working day 9:30am - 5.15pm
Easter Sunday - Closed
Easter Monday - 10:00am - 4:00pm

Now I'm giving you a real treat - one of the lovely ladies who does lots of classes with us, Lorraine, was telling us all on Tuesday about a card she had done and it had taken her a whole day to do it but she was really pleased with it.  - We all wanted to see it so I told her to email me a picture so I could publish it and show you all and goodness me what a beautiful card it is - so Lorraine you should be extremely pleased with yourself and hopefully the recipient will love it too :)

Some Bunny Loves You

Messy Rabbit

Hello to you all, I just thought I'd share with you a couple of Easter Cards I made today.  I used the "Some Bunny Loves You" clear stamp set which I love, its so versatile, you could use it all year round as it has various sentiments and flower stamps and the other one was made using "Messy Rabbit" stamp, which, to be honest, I completely forgot I had lol - I bought it a few months ago and then put it in a drawer (as you do) and only found it when I was rifling through searching for Easter bits and pieces - glad I found it though!

LAST WORKSHOP FOR A WHILE :(

Well today was my last workshop for a while :( and I had a lovely bunch of ladies there with me!! I hope you all have fun over the summer months doing lots of brilliant workshops with Réne, Di, Sharon and Jane (i've even sneaked onto one of Jane's) and think of me whilst I'm getting myself sorted out to be back later on in the year!!  I'll still be in the shop and will be regularly keeping you up to date with the goings on through the blog and hope you will all be taking part in the blog candy in a hope to win some goodies.  See you all soon .... Hi Everyone, hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunny spring day :)  Well the clocks went forward - i got up nice and early, did my ironing, ate a lovely sunday lunch and then decided to do some "blogging".

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for all their kindness and understanding towards me recently.  As you all know I am having big problems with my ears and am taking a break from workshops for the next few months and hopefully I can get them sorted out.  I am still working in the shop though and will see you all there :). 

As you know we were 5 recently and had a 20% off sale to celebrate - I hope you all got plenty of bargains and now the shop is gradually filling with all the new goodies John, Réne and Di brought home from Stitches.  Pop in a take a look the new bits are brilliant!!

CANCELLED WORKSHOP

Just wanted to say i'm so sorry for postponing the workshop next Tuesday - hopefully the Hospital will sort me out and I will be back to "full power" very soon. Lots of love :)

STITCHES TRADE SHOW

HOW JEALOUS ARE WE!!!! Thought I'd share some photos that were taken at the NEC Stitches Trade Show last weekend.  Réne, Di and John went to Birmingham to source out some new goodies for us all (keep checking the shop they are all due in very, very soon!!).  Réne and Di were lucky enough to do a 3hour workshop with the one and only TIM HOLTZ!! They had a great time stamping, distressing, using gesso and all sorts of different techniques and both brought home two lovely projects they did. (They are in the shop if you want to have a look).  They learnt all sorts of things and hopefully will be incorporating some of them in the new workshop list which is due out in the next few weeks.
